Job Opportunity: RN Pediatric Transport Nurse

Our organization in Savannah, GA is looking for a dedicated RN Pediatric Transport Nurse to deliver exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill and injured infants and children during both interfacility and intra-hospital transports.

• Conduct swift pediatric assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
• Administer age-appropriate medical interventions.
• Oversee ventilators and manage critical infusions.
• React promptly to medical emergencies in both ground and air transport environments.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and EMS teams.
• Adhere to PALS-based protocols for patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care and transport activities.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, family-centered care throughout the transport process.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or critical care preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
