About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-performance cold storage environment. This role is responsible for driving production flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe, efficient, and timely inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in fast-paced logistics environments and can balance workforce management with operational execution. What You’ll Do Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory control activities Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met Assign and monitor daily work tasks to optimize labor utilization and workflow efficiency Oversee production flow, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on schedule Maintain and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS transactions Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics including throughput, labor performance, and order accuracy Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly production targets Ensure compliance with safety procedures and food safety/temperature-controlled handling standards Operate and support material handling equipment as needed in daily operations Partner with Operations leadership to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement Address employee relations matters in real time and promote clear, consistent communication across teams Support special projects and process improvements as assigned What We’re Looking For 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience Experience working in cold storage, temperature-controlled, or high-volume warehouse environments preferred Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive accountability Strong understanding of production flow, order fulfillment, and warehouse KPIs Ability to work in extreme temperatures (as low as -20°F / -25°C and up to 100°F / 37°C) with required PPE Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills Pay Range:$55,100.00 - $92,900.00 Why Lineage?
