Real Estate Legal Assistant

Alperin Law and Wealth seeks a legal assistant with an interest in working with Real Estate and Business Departments. We're looking for an innovative professional who is respectful and relatable and shares our commitment to continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience working in a law firm or corporate setting.

Responsibilities will include various clerical duties including but not limited to corresponding with clients/agents/lenders, opening files, ordering title, preparing documents, processing and handling post-closing. The successful candidate will possess excellent telephone and interpersonal etiquette, superior oral and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Applicants should be organized, adept at proofreading, computer literate and must be able to type at least 45 words per minute.

Candidate qualifications:

· High school graduate

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with technology

· Knowledge of real estate and title law

· Knowledge of business law a plus

• Monday to Thursday (9-5)
