What you bring:

• CPG experience is a MUST
\n
• Expertise built inside a scaled, branded consumer organization, with channel versatility
\n
• Strong sales planning, pricing strategy, financial analysis, trade spend discipline, and customer value creation experience
\n
• Hands-on data analysis experience with TPM, ERP, and syndicated POS data sources such as Circana/IRI and Power BI
\n
• Consequential partner to sales and sales leadership
\n
• The ability to bring the business story to life through data, not just report it
\n
• Executive presence and polish, comfortable shaping the narrative in rooms with the largest national retail accounts
\n
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
\n
• Critical experience having built and scaled a function, team, or capability
\n
