Salesforce Tech Lead
Location- Chicago, IL (Remote acceptable)
Design and deliver solutions in the Salesforce platform as well as custom and managed package integrations
Create solutions in Salesforce to satisfy business requirements leveraging flows, triggers, apex, validation rules, aura/lwc among other platform tools
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
Leverage Salesforce APIs to integrate with external systems and data
Work in an agile SDLC and contribute from discovery to delivery of a feature
Interface with business partners to understand requirements and present solutions within the capabilities of the enterprise
Serves as a “trusted advisor” enabling the App Dev team and US Region business partners to achieve their strategic objectives through the effective use of technology
Transformative thought leader who is responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps
Build rapport with all business stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver future ready software solutions that deliver business value
Ability to handle a high degree of ambiguity; adapting to changing priorities; continuously finding areas to deliver value
Assess, strategize and manage delivery of related projects
Collaborate with partner teams to define deliverables and create documentation
Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations to guide teams in building high-quality solutions
Create and analyze relevant information and develop recommendations
Manage technical tasks at a granular level
Proactively identify risks. Anticipate issues and guide teams through complex situations
Experience with: Salesforce, DX, Aura/LWC,.NET, MS SQL, ETL, browser-based technologies JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, etc.
Experience with Enterprise software development
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II is a plus
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus
College degree required
Minimum of ten years of experience required
Technology experience within financial services preferred
