Salesforce Tech Dev Lead

Role: Salesforce Tech Dev Lead Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development initiatives across Sales, Service, and custom cloud solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce features including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee development best practices, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Develop scalable Salesforce architecture and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, and platform limits.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
