Forklift Operator Temporary to Hire Opportunity Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move and transport materials within our distribution center. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on assigned forklifts
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as inventory management and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center setting
• Proficiency in operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly

Working Conditions:

This position is based in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The work schedule may involve shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of our operations. Candidates should be prepared to engage in physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, as needed.
