Construction Project Manager

I'm currently partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Charleston area to recruit an experienced Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and vendor management Coordinate field operations with superintendents and project teams Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project costs and forecast financial performance Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .
