PositionSummary TheManagingAttorneyservesastheoperationalandprofessionalleaderofEquinox'sClient Services Department. This individual is responsible for the overall success of client service delivery, including legal quality, client experience, attorney development, project management integration, resource planning, contractor oversight, utilization management, profitability, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. The primary role of the Managing Attorney is leadership and management of the Client Services team,bothemployeesandcontractors,toassuretheyareworkingontherightprojectsandtasks based on skills, experience, and level to meet target metrics and assuring high quality workproduct.Inaddition,theManagingAttorneywillperformdirectclientfacingworkwithatargetof 50% utilized in this area. The Managing Attorneyworks closely with the Visionary, Integrator, and Operations team to ensurethatEquinoxdeliversexceptionalclientoutcomeswhilebuildingascalableandprofitable business model. Whilethispositionmaintainsalimitedclientportfolio,successismeasuredprimarilythroughthe performance, effectiveness, and growth of the Client Services organization. Demonstratedexperiencemanagingpeople,capacity,andresources. Experiencewithlegaloperations,projectmanagement,orprofessionalservicesmanagement. Strongunderstandingofbusinessfinancialmetrics,includingutilization,profitability, leverage, and budgeting. Experienceworkingwithtechnologyplatforms,workflowtools,andprocessimprovementinitiatives.
