Executive Selling Assistant

Summary The Executive Selling Assistant supports an Executive Sales Professional to deliver a seamless, high-touch shopping experience for clients. The role drives sales productivity through appointment management, order processing, client outreach and in-store support. The Assistant partners with store leadership to uphold presentation standards and ensure efficient selling floor operations. Responsibilities Support client correspondence, appointment booking, and order follow-up including shipping, returns and exchanges. Assist with alterations, order placement and tracking to ensure accurate paperwork and fulfillment. Provide in-store client service and personalized hospitality in partnership with store leadership. Ring client transactions and process returns as needed to support the Executive Sales Professional. Facilitate product pulls, inter-store transfers and fitting room setup and recovery. Conduct personalized outreach to lapsed clients and maintain client relationships using the concierge app. Maintain floor presentation standards and assist with product presentations during events and promotions. Requirements Past retail selling experience preferred with an interest in luxury and best-in-class service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and able to take initiative. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint; ability to capture client information in apps. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained; handle confidential information with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
