Location Los Angeles, United States Sector Electronics Salary $45-50/hr IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST 'Helpdesk Frontline Techs - AVAILABLE ASAP, TEMP ASSIGNMENT Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking IT Support Specialists/Helpdesk Frontline Technicians to support a high-volume IT environment at the Santa Monica Studio location. We're looking for individuals who are hands-on, customer-focused, and able to jump in quickly to keep users productive. 5-6 week assignment 100% onsite in LA (Playa Vista, Santa Monica Studio) $40-50/hr on W2 (contingent on experience) Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. NO C2C!! Responsibilities: Provide frontline IT support for endpoint hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a fast-paced environment. Support device deployments, swaps, and basic technical troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with end users and provide excellent customer service. Execute assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. What We're Looking For: Experience supporting endpoint hardware and end-user technology. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven track record of getting things done in a high-volume support environment. Helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support experience preferred. Estimated Min Rate : $40.00 Estimated Max Rate : $50.00 What's In It for You?
