Job Title: Senior Project Manager Job Location: Malvern, PASalary: $140k-$180k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + Benefits + PTORequirements: Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience ground up commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or related projectsThis is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Tilt Wall, Distribution Centers, Cold Storage and similar. Due to consistent growth, we are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Manager looking for that next step into Senior Levels. We have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward. Benefits and Highlights Compensation: $140-$180k + Benefits, 401k match, PTO, etc. Vehicle or Vehicle allowance Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects Growth opportunity and excellent company cultureStrong Glass Door rating / employment tenureWhat You Will Be DoingLead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budgetReview project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plansWhat You Need for this Position8+ Recent Years Experience as Construction Project Manager, with a GC or Dev/GC Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Tilt Wall, Distribution Centers, Cold Storage, with specific Build-to-Suit (BTS) project experience.Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
