Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Morristown, NJ. This role is pivotal in ensuring patient care is delivered with expertise from Pediatric to Geriatric stages in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Perform thorough and systematic patient assessments from Pediatric to Geriatric stages.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide direct patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation covering the nursing process.
• Exhibit professionalism and responsibility in clinical practice.
• Promote patient satisfaction by responding courteously and maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, including patient identification protocols.
• Provide individualized care for surgical patients, assessing reactions and understanding.
• Contribute to patient education and complete chart documentation accurately.
• Evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders and support timely completion of patient testing.

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• ACLS Certification - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• RN License - Required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
