• 3x12s, both Day and Night shifts available
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide house supervision with responsibilities across ICU, ER, and Med/Surg units
• Offer clinical and administrative oversight to staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with department leads, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, efficient operations
• Float to different units as needed to cover meal period breaks

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory; NRP preferred
• Experience as a House Supervisor, preferably with ICU/critical care background
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of assignment start
