Customer Service Associate I

Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations. Manage sales transactions while working at an assigned cash register. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise. Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, ensuring stock replenishment meets productivity standards. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments (highly preferred). Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required). Physical capability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (required). Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills (required). Strong organizational and communication skills (required). Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required).
