Program Manager, Market Access (Hub Reimbursement)

Market Access Program Manager The Market Access Program Manager will serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s). This includes managing the day‑to‑day activity of the program, supervising assigned program staff, maintaining extensive interaction with internal and external customers, defining and executing the work plan for program staff, participating in programs’ strategic planning, and ensuring proper execution of contract terms. Responsibilities Mobilize internal and external stakeholders with respect to program design, improvements, and / or changes Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget Manage the client relationship, gaining trust and building rapport Manage day‑to‑day activity of program operations, including supervision of staff Prioritize and manage personal schedule and the schedules of others Work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders for program operational responsibilities Drive assigned performance responsibilities of the team, directly or through supervisors Analyze and write client reports and other deliverables Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics used to measure performance of team members, teams, and the overall program Present program data, information and insight to internal and external customers on a regular basis Escalate issues jeopardizing the program’s compliance with contracted standards Collaborate with Hub Services leadership and client teams on initiatives to improve process and performance Travel as needed to attend related meetings and conferences Participate in interviewing prospective employees, evaluating current employees and providing training Provide verbal and written feedback to team members based on performance reviews, statistics, QA results and observed behaviors Adhere to mandatory training deadlines for corporate policies governing access to confidential data Ensure SOPs are followed consistently Assist with requirement identification, specifications development and user acceptance testing for program support activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience 4–6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives or similar role Experience reporting on hub metrics and communicating trends to clients Successful leadership experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM software platforms Valeris is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Valeris, Inc.
