DolFUN Dynamics is hiring a Client Services Representative to help create a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for our families. This role is a mix of front desk support, customer service, scheduling help, facility upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance. If you're friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working around children and families, we'd love to meet you.

Welcome families and provide friendly customer service by phone and in person, help with check-in, scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classes, communicate clearly with families and teammates, stay organized and calm during busy times, complete daily cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks, follow procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Warm, positive, and professional, dependable and eager to learn, great with children and families, organized and detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking in a busy environment, open to feedback and coaching, available afternoons/evenings and/or weekends.

$17.00$18.50 per hour, depending on experience. We are especially looking for availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
