About the Role
The Company is seeking a senior Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's major growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing executive effectiveness, improving follow-through, and coordinating strategic initiatives. This is a senior executive support and coordination position that requires a professional with at least 7 years of experience working directly with a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a fast-moving organization. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to manage executive communication, meeting preparation, follow-up, project coordination, and cross-functional accountability. The role demands a highly organized, proactive, and analytical individual with strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent the CEO's priorities. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include owning and managing the CEO's calendar and inbox, leading daily and weekly briefing processes, preparing the CEO for key meetings, and ensuring that strategic initiatives do not fall through the cracks. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technology-related industry and experience with modern business systems. They should be adept at using technology and AI tools to improve workflows and communication. The role also involves supporting major company initiatives, such as a significant fiber expansion, capital raise activity, and future acquisitions. The Chief of Staff will be expected to work closely with the executive and leadership teams while remaining primarily accountable to the CEO, and to protect the CEO's time by effectively managing their schedule and commitments.
