Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team.

This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining safety standards, and managing staff in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities included but not limited to;

• Ensure the kitchen team operates like a finely tuned machine
• Oversee food preparation and present dishes as stunning works of art
• Manage inventory effectively to minimize waste
• Collaborate on menu creations while incorporating dietary needs
• Serve as the essential food safety expert
• Organize unforgettable catering events that leave clients impressed
• Train newcomers on the fundamentals of food handling and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
