A fantastic opportunity awaits in a well-established outpatient clinic specializing in radiology. This position focuses on diagnostic radiology with an emphasis on mammography and breast biopsies. Join a professional team committed to exceptional patient care, with a schedule offering 8-hour day shifts Monday to Friday, two weeks per month.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (two weeks per month)
- Patient Population: Adult
- Location: Grass Valley, CA
- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates
- Weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Flexible scheduling
- Perform diagnostic radiology and mammography, including breast biopsies
- Read and interpret various imaging modalities including mammograms, PET scans, CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound
- Collaborate with radiology techs, ultrasound techs, and other support staff
- Consult with the emergency department and inpatient services when necessary
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active California State License
- Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies
- BLS/ACLS and DEA certification required during credentialing
- Clean malpractice record with mandatory Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days of presentation
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- No call duties required
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting radiological images
- Expertise in performing mammography and breast biopsies
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Adept at using Cerner EMR system
