We are seeking two contract  Learning Content Audit Specialist to support a large-scale audit of enterprise learning content. This role will focus on reviewing, organizing, and improving a portfolio of 600+ training courses to ensure they are current, high-quality, accessible, and properly owned. The role may also include making minor content updates (e.g., small corrections, formatting, or simple adjustments) but does not involve full instructional design or course redevelopment.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, auditing content, and driving completion across large, complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update course data in a centralized tracker, ensuring accuracy and completeness (e.g., ownership, dates, course details)
• Evaluate assigned learning content for relevance, quality, and accessibility using defined audit criteria
• Identify outdated, duplicate, or incomplete content and recommend appropriate actions (retain, update, or remove)
• Document findings and maintain clear audit records to support decision-making
• Coordinate with content owners to resolve gaps and track updates or remediation
• Prepare and organize materials to support stakeholder review and final decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in learning operations, training coordination, instructional design, or LMS administration
• Strong Excel/data management skills and ability to work with large datasets
• High attention to detail and ability to apply consistent review standards
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a professional, complex and matrixed environment
