About the Role:

The Director of Product Management and Business Development is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role requires overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet market demands and customer needs. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, technology, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions that enhance competitive advantage. They will also lead and mentor a team of product managers and business development professionals to foster a high-performance culture focused on delivering measurable business results. Ultimately, this role is critical in shaping the company’s product portfolio and expanding its market presence within the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management and business development within; Residential Services, Telecommunications, Utilities, or Services Industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.
• Advanced experience in analytics to effectively create a picture for external market data and internal revenue 
• Experience with digital transformation and e-commerce platforms in retail.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive data-informed decision making.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Established network within the retail industry and related business development channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with overall business goals and market trends.
• Lead the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, process improvement and training in product and ordering life cycle, managing product releases.
• Own, Manage and Drive results from our key sales partnerships
• Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Analyze market data, Internal data compliance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and business strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize product development and business growth.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders to promote products and business initiatives.
