Location Boise, ID Schedule 1st Shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm Pay Day Shift: $17.00/hour Swing Shift: $17.00/hour + 10% shift differential What You’ll Do Operate and maintain spray guns and coating equipment Prep parts and ensure they are ready for coating Clean booths between product runs to prevent contamination Apply coatings to meet precise industry and customer standards Monitor ovens and ensure proper curing times Inspect products before and after coating for quality and consistency Maintain consistent coating thickness across a variety of parts What We’re Looking For Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (with equipment available for heavier items) Comfortable using hand tools, including razor blades Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Physically capable of bending, reaching, and lifting as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow safety procedures and wear a full‑face respirator Good visual acuity, including color recognition, depth perception, and focus #J-18808-Ljbffr
