Accounting Coordinator - AR/AP & Retail Deductions

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll administration, collections, and retail deductions activities
• Review and manage customer deductions, chargebacks, payment discrepancies, and AR disputes, researching issues through resolution
• Perform account reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and use Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing, payment, deduction, and account discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage multiple accounting priorities while supporting accurate, efficient, and well-documented finance processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, deductions, or a related financial function
• Experience investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, collections issues, or AR disputes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience using Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research discrepancies xhyhwjd and identify appropriate resolutions

Salary: $50K - $60K
