This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services in Manchester, California, situated along the Mendocino County coast. Clinical responsibilities include delivering typical primary care services and managing on-site urgent care for acute presentations, primarily for an adult patient population. Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 20-24 patients per day and document clinical encounters accurately.
