Office Address: 101 Trojan Dr Carrollton, GA 30117 Position Requirements: Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patientDocument information in patient records systemPrepare appropriate information prior to patient appointmentsUse discretion with all private information in a medical settingVerify patient insuranceCommunicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questionsAnswer phones and direct call traffic as required Qualifications: Experience working in a medical or dental practice is preferredExcellent communication skills, professionalism and customer service ability.Highly collaborativeAbility to process information quickly and accuratelyWillingness to learn new skills.Mature and dependable.Knowledge of computer software applications.
