Customer Service Representative

Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to work on-site, full-time, for a large utility company in West Monroe, LA. If you are interested in working for a large utility company, possess basic computer skills, have experience answering phones and responding to emails, and are looking for a full-time on-site position, contact us today. Start: 9/14/26 You will start out with a 6-week (paid) Training. Then, when that is completed, you will transition to your position. It is imperative that you attend every day during the 6-week training session.

Position Summary: You will interact directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services. This role involves handling customer questions, processing orders, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and service delivery. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, helping to maintain satisfaction and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail regarding accounts, products, services, pricing, and shipping.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, special requests, or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies or errors.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure service needs are met.
• Provide product or service recommendations for improvements
• May review customer credit records and occasionally visit customer locations to assist with orders or issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to junior representatives, assist with training, onboarding, and coaching
• Analyze customer feedback and identify trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirement:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related experience (preferred)
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
