Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Sunday Closed Primary Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products Escort customers to merchandise and provide product information Manage incoming calls and in-store traffic simultaneously Communicate current store promotions effectively Operations & Merchandising Stock, restock, and organize merchandise per company standards Support visual merchandising and display arrangements Participate in freight receiving and inventory processes Monitor and report inventory discrepancies Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom Qualifications Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Professional telephone etiquette and written communication ability Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment #J-18808-Ljbffr E.
