Sales Assistant

Are you looking for a position where you can balance administrative work, customer interaction, and event coordination? If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like Prepare and maintain customer quotes, pricing documentation, and sales records with accuracy. Manage order processing, including entering data, verifying confirmations, and maintaining customer files. Update CRM systems and spreadsheets to track quotes, projects, and active orders. Coordinate trade shows, company events, and customer visits, including logistics and materials. Support marketing efforts by managing brochures, promotional items, and sales materials. Handle incoming calls, route inquiries, and maintain office organization and supply inventory.
