Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you looking for a long-term career instead of just another job? We are seeking dependable Field Technicians to join a growing industrial services company. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with opportunities to learn specialized skills and advance into CDL driving and equipment operation roles.
Responsibilities:
Assist field crews with excavation and industrial service projects
Support equipment operators with daily job site activities
Set up, clean up, and maintain work areas
Handle hoses, tools, materials, and equipment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain equipment and vehicles
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors and getting dirty
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the day
Valid drivers license preferred
Construction, landscaping, utility, excavation, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
