Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is looking for a Sous Chef at Everett's Restaurant, a premier dining destination at Boyne Mountain. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate kitchen personnel, ensuring quality and consistency in service. You will also contribute to menu planning and development, while maintaining a positive kitchen culture. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in culinary arts and at least six months of kitchen experience, alongside ServSafe certifications.
