Ready to make your mark and help grow a thriving presence in the Charlotte market?

We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven leader to build and lead a team focused on mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily projects. Work may also include support for parks and recreation, education, and healthcare projects.

As the face of our Charlotte operations, you’ll strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, and guide project delivery.

We already have strong technical and BD support in place; now we need a leader who can sell, inspire, and deliver.

What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years of industry related experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong connections and proven experience in the Charlotte market
• A portfolio of successful local projects
• Energy, confidence, and a collaborative leadership style

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience
• 15+ years of engineering or related experience
• Professional Engineer's License: licensed in NC required or ability to seek reciprocity and licensed in SC a plus.
• Experience and connections in the Charlotte, NC market
• Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, communicative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
• Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships
