Come join us!Key ResponsibilitiesManage, configure, and optimize business systems and operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.Support and improve key GTM platforms, including HubSpot and other CRM, marketing automation, project management, and data enrichment tools.Support system integrations, data flows, and process automation across the GTM technology stack.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews that consolidate cross-functional data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.Conduct proactive business and operational analysis to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.Partner with stakeholders to prepare executive-level deliverables, including recurring business performance reviews, management reporting, and Board presentations.Harness AI in project execution, workflow automation, data analysis, and day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and business impact.Serve as a day-to-day resource for data, reporting, systems, and operational requests, helping teams resolve issues and execute efficiently.Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and strengthen data quality across GTM operations.
