Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance. Conduct investigations, case reviews, and maintain confidential documentation. Lead disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and employee coaching discussions. Support talent management efforts, including interviewing and employee development. Manage leave of absence and accommodation requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.
