Business Operations Analyst

The Analyst will work with leaders across multiple departments to better understand business needs and strategy.Essential FunctionsGather, organize, and analyze informationContribute and execute on multiple projectsProvide daily support for departmental operationsPerform statistical analyses to support business decisions using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BIProvide insight for process improvement across functional areasContribute to accurate goal setting, clear communication, and precise execution of company objectivesOther tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelors Degree, or equivalent years of experience.GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scaleFinance, Accounting or Economics majors preferredExcellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and interpersonal skillsThe ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutionsThe skills to synthesize information, distill relevant facts and reach logical conclusionsIntermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointInvolvement in extracurricular activities, on-campus organizations, and/or community, public service or similar activities is preferredInternship experience or work experience in finance is preferredSupervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
