District Coordinator

Description
This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations sales territories and district management. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (HRIS) applicant tracking system (ATS) and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and business relationships.

• Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees navigating Company resources and processes
• Support performance management training and corrective action programs
• Manage communications and sales project support for District
• Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS ATS timekeeping system and document repositories
• Gather and report data with useful metrics
• Other administrative functions as required including scheduling meetings ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment coordinating travel and ad hoc reporting

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and/or Outlook)
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
• Have an associates degree or higher in Business Business Management or Human Resources
• Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
• Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
• Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
