Under the leadership of Dr. Brodowicz, who has been practicing since 2017, our office focuses on delivering quality preventative dental care, including comprehensive checkups, dental cleanings, and restorative treatments. We offer a wide array of cosmetic services such as tooth whitening and tooth-colored restorations. With a patient-centered approach emphasizing quality over quantity, we provide thorough 1-hour appointments most of the time. We are expanding and have an exciting opportunity to work in our established location as well as help build our startup practice in downtown Indianapolis. We are seeking a motivated and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This part-time position offers flexible Monday through Friday scheduling, with a focus on adult patients and some pediatric care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental hygiene services, promoting oral health education, and supporting both new and existing patients. Title Dental hygienist Job Description Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal charting to help maintain and improve oral health. Take diagnostic radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols and standards. Assist dentists during new patient exams by providing clinical insights and hygiene assessments. Utilize advanced dental hygiene technologies, with potential to work with EMS Guided Biofilm System. Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and preventative care to encourage positive outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. Ensure all equipment is sterilized and clinical areas remain clean and organized. Support the practice’s mission by delivering compassionate and professional dental hygiene care. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday to Sunday: Closed Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Indiana. Proven experience as a dental hygienist with strong clinical skills and patient care abilities. Ability to take diagnostic radiographs following radiation safety standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients of diverse backgrounds. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and charts. Comfortable working independently and as part of a dental team. Knowledge and experience with the EMS Guided Biofilm System is a plus but not required. Preferences Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations. Familiarity with advanced dental hygiene technologies such as EMS Guided Biofilm System.
