We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental services and education to pregnant women and children under an Access Practice Agreement (APA). In this critical role, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate oral health into prenatal care, improving health outcomes for mothers and infants. Title Dental hygienist Job Description Provide preventive dental care services, including oral health assessments and fluoride varnish applications. Educate patients on oral health during pregnancy and infant oral care. Document clinical findings accurately in electronic medical records (EMR). Collaborate effectively with prenatal care team members to coordinate timely dental referrals. Deliver anticipatory guidance tailored to the unique needs of pregnant women. Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and interdisciplinary collaboration. Salary Range full-time $28 - $35 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Work Location: In person, Indianapolis, IN 46227 Requirements Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensed Dental Hygienist in Indiana. Eligible to practice under an Access Practice Agreement (APA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient documentation. Ability to commute and/or relocate to Indianapolis, IN 46227 prior to starting work. Preferences Experience working with pregnant and/or underserved populations.
