Specific Responsibilities of the Office Manager Provide administrative and operational support Maintain the lobby and main office Maintain school supplies and storage Support finance and bookkeeping functions Support key operational systems Collect and enter student and teacher data for state reporting and payroll Serve as a productive member of the BVP community Qualifications 2‑3 years of office experience, preferably in an education agency College degree strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish Excellent computer skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Maturity and ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills with scholars, parents, colleagues and community members Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Associates preferred Experience as an administrative assistant Background in data analytics, office management Bilingual Spanish required Compensation Range $42,318–$46,772 To Apply Please submit your resume, professional references’ contact information, and a cover letter highlighting your alignment with our mission online.
