Client Care Account Manager

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of tailored solutions and managing client feedback. Respond to client emails and follow up on pending requests, approvals, and missing information to keep tasks on track. Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and with clients. Own the sales cycle for sales opportunities and renewals and collaborate with Account Executives on new sales opportunities. Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Help create ticket details that are shared with all stakeholders. Maintain full ownership of assigned client accounts, coordinating closely with the Accounting Department on invoicing and account changes. Host client check‑in calls. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 4–6 years of professional experience in customer service, client management, or a related role. Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose professional emails. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Copper. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Self‑starter who can work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
