We’re partnering with our client, a dynamic insurance company, to find a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics based in Boston, MA. This role offers an opportunity to lead data-driven marketing initiatives in a collaborative environment. It is a full-time position focused on analytics and cross-functional leadership. Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities: Lead the development and management of comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks, including models for attribution and marketing mix. Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to assess the impact of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to deploy advanced analytical models. Support forecasting efforts and translate analytical results into strategic insights for executive decision-making. Manage relationships with external vendors to enhance data collection and analytics capabilities. Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or strategic marketing analysis. Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R. Hands‑on experience with attribution strategies such as MMM and MTA. Demonstrated ability to create LTV models and data visualizations using platforms like Looker or Tableau.
