As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will step into a role that offers a unique blend of luxury, creativity, and customer-focused service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service by always prioritizing the customer’s needs. Ensure a memorable shopping experience from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up. Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, positioning Diamonds Direct as their go-to destination for luxury jewelry. Product Knowledge: Utilize extensive knowledge of our inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed and personalized choices. Sales Process: Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow-through after the sale. Organizational Skills: Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process.
