KW Steel City is hiring a Real Estate Recruiter to connect with real estate agents, develop recruiting relationships, and schedule qualified appointments for our leadership team.

This is a full-time, outbound sales and business development position—not a traditional human resources recruiting role. You will spend most of your day making outbound calls, sending follow-up messages, handling objections, and building relationships with real estate professionals.

You do not need real estate experience. We are looking for someone with the sales ability, persistence, organization, and confidence to create conversations and turn them into appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with real estate agents through proactive outbound calls to build meaningful connections.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our leadership team by effectively managing your pipeline.
• Utilize proven scripts and prospecting systems to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure seamless communication.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align recruiting strategies with company goals.
• Continuously improve your approach by participating in ongoing sales coaching and role-play sessions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse individuals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding measurable goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain an active recruiting pipeline.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection with professionalism and resilience.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage interactions and results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with potential recruits effectively.
