Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' specific mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations. \n Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), based on clinical best practices and client preferences. \n Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting approaches as necessary to promote effective outcomes. \n Deliver teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or experience barriers to in-person visits, ensuring they receive critical support regardless of their circumstances. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing our practice management software, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. \n Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to refine your clinical skills and stay current with evolving practices within the field. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. You will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of each client, addressing their specific emotional and psychological challenges.
