Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct initial client assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand their mental health status and needs. \n Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the goals and necessities of each client. \n Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies. \n Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for clients. \n Deliver timely crisis intervention services as required, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress. \n Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and current trends in mental health counseling. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clinic serves a diverse population of adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders.
