Occupational Therapist - OT - Full Time

Overview We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehab Team at Phoebe Richland in Richlandtown, PA. The role focuses on providing patient‑centered care to the older adult population in senior‑living and post‑acute settings. New graduates are encouraged to apply. We provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience to help you grow in your career. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. You will maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists. Valid or pending state license (for newer graduates). Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is advantageous but not required.
