Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Acara Solutions, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic role that offers a blend of customer and employee services. This is a fully remote recruiting position for candidates based in San Jose, CA area. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract employees at various client sites, and spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across our respected client base. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.
• Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
• Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.
• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• One to three years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
• Proficient computer skills, with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Travel:

• This role operates in a modern, fully remote work environment, utilizing technology such as laptops, video conferencing tools, cloud-based applications, and collaborative platforms.
• Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business transportation
