Onsite Recruiter

Randstad is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our team! This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with 1 to 2 years of recruiting or high-volume HR support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires commuting between multiple client sites within the South Bay (Sunnyvale, Cupertino, and Mountain View) during the work week. Reliable transportation is required.

Schedule & Pay Rate:

• Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Location: South Bay Area (Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View | Requires travel between regional client sites)

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Recruiting: Source, screen, and hire candidates for material handler, manufacturing, and general warehouse positions.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including conducting orientations, guiding talent through app onboarding, and ensuring compliance.

• Candidate Outreach: Manage heavy daily call volume (outbound screening calls and handling inbound candidate inquiries).

• Client & Employee Support: Deliver exceptional customer service to site managers and warehouse staff on the floor.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing support, or high-volume HR administration.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

• Communication: Good phone presence, professional email etiquette, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transit to commute across the South Bay area (Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View) during the week.
