Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel ICU / PCU (Progressive Care Unit) Registered Nurse – Day Shift Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 19:00 | 36 Hours Per Week Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every other weekend | Holidays as needed per department staffing. On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required ( NO CALL ). Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract ( 09/21/2026 – 12/19/2026 ) | 2 Open Positions. Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE] Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of clinical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or ICU experience in an acute care setting. EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR is mandatory. Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Connecticut State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License . Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP]. Active NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP]. Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
