Construction Assistant Project ManagerA company in the property industry based in Rochester is looking for a retail GC needs additional APM's. Full benefits, 401k, PTO, Healthcare, PTO, etc...Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Support procurement processes, including ordering materials and managing deliveries. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Collaborate with the project manager to resolve challenges and optimize workflow. GC experience working on new build or renovation experience. Project sizes ranging from $200k-$1M is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
